Our 3rd release under the F. CLASSIC collection. While the constant need to address the issues faced within fashion industry (local / global) is on the rise especially during this pandemic, we find peace with developing and creating products following our brand’s original direction and philosophy. Our way - a slower approach; every singular item bears more meaning now as we highlight its story and purpose each time we do a release. More effort, time, thoughts and feelings were also put into one product, giving it the utmost dignity.
The number of shirts we have made throughout the past 7 years, are countable within our finger tips. We have dealt with staple, classic white Oxford, luxuriously soft sheer sucker, selvedge chambrays and premium linen to date.
Robust and comfort are some of the many qualities of a Belgian Linen. Something we explored for our floral print shirts 2 seasons ago. And for our F. CLASSIC release we did spent considerable amount of time planning and to develop a piece with lasting(longevity / timeless) impact. F. CLASSIC is our staple and permanent collection, hence the cut and style is something evergreen over time and would still be relevant in the next season, or even years to come. We were finding that in-between of a classic slim cut and the boxier floral linen we have made.

Relentless Pursuit Of Excellence - Herdmans Linen
Our research led us to finding Herdmans ハードマンズリネン. A linen spinning company founded in Northern Ireland - Sion Mills in 1835 by three brothers. A remarkable establishment back in the days and contributed extensively to the linen industry in Ireland and eventually the world. The brothers developed the mill village in Sion Mills and created a utopian settlement to which the family exhibited absolute devotion to their craft, generation upon generation enriching the quality of life of their people.

The linen shirt was constructed for the summer season in mind. But due to it’s versatility, it is a piece that can adapt to all seasons. A contemporary shape and cut, more room was added to the sides to provide comfort and cut away collar style for a new preferred aesthetic. The unique texture of uneven knots in the weaves not only exudes character in the fabric but also elegance and a sophisticate appeal. An overall minimal look but with devils in the details.
As we continue to find ways to pivot our brand and business during such unique times, we are adhering to our new approach towards mindful manufacturing / consumption and sustainability. Making sure we produce only what is required while devoting optimal time and resources into creating the product that one will truly appreciate and enjoy.
